Personal data processing agreement

The text of the data processing agreement: 

Under the Federal Law № 152-FL " About Personal Data" from 27.07.2006, you agree to the processing of personal data by <COMPANY>: collection, systematization, storage, modification (update, change), use, transfer exclusively for the purpose of selling software on your name as described below, blocking, depersonalization, destruction. 

Company <COMPANY> guarantees the confidentiality of the received information. The processing of personal data is carried out to execute orders, contracts effectively, and other obligations assumed by <COMPANY> as binding. 

If it is necessary to provide your personal data to the copyright holder, distributor, or reseller of the software for the registration of the software in your name, you give your consent to the transfer of your personal data. <COMPANY> guarantees that the right holder, distributor, or reseller of the software protects personal data on terms similar to those set out in the Privacy Policy of personal data.

This consent applies to the following personal data: name, surname and patronymic, e-mail address, mailing address of order delivery, contact phone number, payment details. 

The period of validity of the consent is unlimited. You can withdraw this consent at any time by sending a written notice to the address: 000000, <Town>, st. <Street>, bldg. <House>, office <Office>, marked "withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data". 

Please note that withdrawing your consent to the processing of personal data will result in the deletion of your account from the website (http://yourwebsite.ru), as well as the destruction of records containing your personal data in <COMPANY> personal data processing systems, which may make it impossible to use the online services of <COMPANY>. 

All the information I have provided is filled out by me personally. I guarantee that the information I have provided is complete, accurate, and truthful. It does not violate any applicable laws of the Russian Federation or third parties' legal rights and interests. 

This consent is valid for the entire period of storage of personal data unless otherwise provided by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
