SPF "SHAR" is the leading producer of films for metal casting by vacuum film molding.
SPF "SHAR" specialists have developed original formulations based on different EVA (ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer) grades and compositions based on various polyolefins:

• with different deformability under casting process conditions;

• with different coefficients of friction;

• with varying degrees of shrinkage in the longitudinal and transverse directions.

 The polyolefin compositions and films developed by SPF "SHAR" specialists have specific properties and high weldability. This makes it possible to produce light transparent corrugated ducts (hoses) reinforced with steel wire spring in a polyolefin composition shell.

One of the advantages of construction (EVA) films SPF "SHAR", as opposed to polyethylene, is to maintain the integrity under the loads created by sharp, piercing objects - the edges of rocks, frozen concrete, the ends of rebar, uneven ground, etc.
