Payment terms

You can choose one of two payment options:

Payment in cash

If you choose to pay in cash, you wait for the courier to arrive and give him the amount for the goods in rubles. The courier provides the goods, which can be inspected for damage, compliance with the specified conditions. The buyer signs the shipping documents, pays the money, and receives a receipt. 

Cash payment is also available for pickup from the warehouse.

Cashless payment

Payment online by card

When ordering in the cart, you can choose the option of cashless payment. We accept Visa and Master Card. To pay for your purchase, you will be redirected to the Sberbank page, where you must enter the card number, expiration date, name of the holder.

Description of the data transfer process

To pay for your purchase, you will be redirected to the payment gateway of Sberbank of Russia to enter your card details. Please have your plastic card ready in advance. Connection with the payment gateway and information transfer is performed in secure mode using the SSL encryption protocol.

If your bank supports the Verified By Visa or MasterCard Secure Code secure online payment technology, you may also be required to enter a special password to make a payment. Check with your card issuing bank to determine how and if you can get passwords for online payments.

This site supports 256-bit encryption. Sberbank of Russia PJSC ensures the confidentiality of personal information. The entered data will not be provided to third parties, except as required by Russian law. Payments by bank cards are made in strict compliance with the requirements of Visa Int. and MasterCard Europe Sprl payment systems.

Payment process description

If you choose to pay by plastic card, the payment for the order is made immediately after its execution. After completing the order in our store, you will have to click on "Payment by bank card", the system will switch you to the page of the authorization server, where you will be prompted to enter the plastic card data, initiate its authorization, then return to our store by "Back to the store" button. After you return to our store, the system will notify you of the results of authorization. If authorization is confirmed, your order will be automatically executed according to the conditions you set. In case of refusal of authorization of the card, you will be able to repeat the payment procedure.

Cancellation of an order

If you cancel an item from the paid order (or cancel the entire order), you can order another item for that amount or return the whole amount to the card by sending an e-mail in advance.

What you need to know:

1. your credit card number;
2. your credit card expiration date, month/year;
3. CVV code for Visa / CVC code for Master Card: 3 last digits on the signature strip on the back of the card

Suppose your card does not have a CVC / CVV code. In that case, the card may not be suitable for CNP transactions (i.e., such transactions in which the card itself is not present, but its details are used). You should contact your bank for more information.

Payment by invoice for legal entities

For legal entities and for large wholesale customers it is possible to issue an invoice for payment.
