Terms of delivery
We offer several delivery options:
- courier;
- delivery to the pickup point;
- self-delivery from the warehouse (when buying from a roll) only for St. Petersburg;
- Russian post;
- transport company delivery. When ordering, specify which shipping company to send the cargo to.
Shipment of the order is carried out about 2 days after receipt of money to the account.
Delivery by transport company
SPF Shar sends products throughout Russia, as well as abroad.Delivery is calculated to the terminal of the transport company!
When ordering in the cart with delivery by the transport company, specify in the column "Location" only the destination city. (No street or country).
- SPF Shar delivers shipments to its customers by transport companies.
- The choice of transport company is made at the request of the customer.
- The customer can order delivery by himself from the transport company.
- The transport companies offer delivery to the terminal or to the customer's address, as well as additional packaging and cargo insurance.
Courier delivery*
You can order delivery of the goods by courier, who will arrive at the specified address on weekdays and Saturdays from 10:00 to 18:00. After receipt of the goods in the warehouse, the courier service will contact you and offer to choose a convenient time for delivery and will specify the address.
When receiving the goods, the legal entity's representative must have a power of attorney with a seal from the paying company or the seal itself.
Self-delivery from the warehouse in St. Petersburg**If there is a courier service in your city, check with the manager of the store.

Postal delivery
If there is no courier service in your city, you can order delivery via Russian Post. As soon as the product arrives, you will receive a notification of the parcel to your address.
Before paying, you can assess the condition of the package (without opening it): weight, integrity. If you think that the order does not meet the parameters or the box is damaged, ask the postal employee to draw up an act of opening. You can open the box yourself only after you have paid for the order.
One order must be no more than 20 kg.
Shipping time
Depending on your region of residence, delivery takes a different time. On average, delivery is made within a week of paying for your order.
